Down in the Sugarbush every spring, a little bit of magic happens. The sugar maples in the woods get tapped, the sap gets collected and sent to the evaporator, and eventually cooks down into that sweet amber syrup to top your pancakes or splash into your coffee.
You can purchase maple syrup from the farm stand, and at the farmers market.

From the bees
The farm stand carries all sorts of goodies. Hiawatha Honey from Rochester, MN is available for purchase in various sizes. Raw and unfiltered, this is as close to the hive as it gets. The honey we sell is the honey produced by bees on our farm.
